• Product Description

ALAHMAR makes every effort to describe and show the products as accurately as possible. Each item is shown, accompanied by an accurate description. All images displayed on a diamond or jewelry product page are actual images of the product, and not merely illustrative. The colors we use, as well as the display and color capabilities of your computer monitor, may positively or negatively affect the colors that you actually see on your screen. Therefore, ALAHMAR cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any product color, texture or detail will be 100% accurate.

Furthermore, ALAHMAR cannot guarantee that all product descriptions or other content are without error and entirely complete. ALAHMAR is continuously updating new and existing online information, and every effort is made to ensure all products are properly priced and accurately described. In the event that any item is deemed by ALAHMAR to be priced incorrectly, ALAHMAR reserves the right to refuse sale of that product. If any pricing error is recognized, even after the payment is received, ALAHMAR reserves the right to cancel the sale and refund the transaction in full.

ALAHMAR reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, in ALAHMAR‘s sole discretion, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or after your credit card has been charged.  The prices displayed on the Website are quoted in U.S. dollars and must be paid in U.S. dollars. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, ALAHMAR has the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, ALAHMAR will issue a refund to your credit card account.

 

• Custom Orders

 

While not all ALAHMAR merchandise is customizable, we are happy to work with you, to the extent possible, to accommodate your request for a custom order.  Resizing requests are considered custom orders.  ALAHMAR reserves the right to refuse any request for customization. Custom orders cannot be returned. If a custom order is returned to ALAHMAR’s warehouse, no refund will be provided. Please note, custom orders require 3-7 weeks for production and processing, and price may vary.  Once processed, custom order merchandise ships according to ALAHMAR’s Shipping and Handling policy.

 

• Special Orders

 

Special orders may be placed for out of stock ALAHMAR merchandise, or if you require merchandise to be delivered outside of ALAHMAR standard Shipping and Handling policy delivery period.  You may place a special order by emailing your request to info@alahmar.co.   Once a special order is placed, you will receive an email, confirming receipt of your order.  Once the order is accepted by ALAHMAR, you will receive a second email confirming the order has been accepted and providing details specifying when the order will ship.  Please note, special orders require 3-7 weeks for processing.  Once processed, special order merchandise ships according to ALAHMAR’s Shipping and Handling policy.

 

• Accepted Forms of Payment

 

ALAHMAR accepts each of the following forms of payment for online purchases: All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Paypal, or bank wire. If payment is not accepted online, please contact your bank for approval of your transaction. Please note, your billing address, phone number, and email must match the information on your credit card statement. Full payment is due before any order is processed and produced.  Only one (1) form of payment is acceptable per order, multiple methods of payment will not be processed.

 

• Shipping and Handling – Domestic and International

 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed on national holidays. All orders placed outside of the designated window will be processed the following business day. Order processing time includes item selection, handling, packaging and shipping. Please allow up to four (4) business day for this process.

For domestic orders inside the Kingdom of Thailand, ALAHMAR does not charge a shipping charge. After the order is processed and merchandise is shipped by ALAHMAR, packages are received within 2-6 business days.

For international orders, ALAHMAR normally charges a flat rate fee of $140 for shipping.  After the order is processed and merchandise is shipped by ALAHMAR, packages are received within 2-6 business days. The customer is fully responsible for any additional customs fees, duties or taxes collected prior to or upon delivery.

• Sanction Countries

​

Due to security reasons, ALAHMAR carriers DO NOT ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, Central African Republic, Congo, Ivory Coast, Cuba, Eritrea, Yugoslavia & Serbia, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

 

However, if you live in one of these countries and would like to make an order, please contact us prior and we will do our best to find alternative delivery routes.

 

• Returns, exchanges and Refunds

 

ALAHMAR does not accept returns, exchanges or cancellation of any merchandise, but please contact us if you have any problem with your order.

• Order Delivery

​

All orders will be insured and delivered by UPS Capital / FedEx and will require adult signature upon delivery, and photographic ID may be required.  Additional charges may accrue if more than one (1) delivery attempt is made. ALAHMAR does not ship to Post Office Boxes. Deliveries may only occur on Monday thru Friday. Orders may not be shipped or delivered on National Holidays. Please note, ALAHMAR is not responsible for carrier delays. For standard delivery times see ALAHMAR’s Shipping and Handling policy.​

• Cancelling or Modifying Orders

 

Once an order has been accepted by ALAHMAR, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

 

• Sales Tax – Domestic Orders

 

Sales tax will be charged according to the Thai law, for purchases shipped inside the Kingdom of Thailand. Individual rates will be reflected during the order checkout process prior to order submission.

 

• Duty and Tax – International Orders

 

Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by your local government. ALAHMAR is not responsible for any duty, customs tariffs and VAT collected prior to or upon delivery.

ALAHMAR recommend that you consult with your local tax official to see what import duties and/or VAT you are required to pay in your place of residence.

In total compliance with the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS), the Patriot Act, and United Nations resolutions, the company is committed to only working with legitimate diamonds, gemstones, and Gold. ALAHMAR does not purchase polished diamonds from areas affected by unjust activity, such as Ivory Coast, Angola, Liberia, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Sierra Leone. ALAHMAR wants to instill confidence in our clients that we strive to do absolutely everything in our power to support a healthy ecosystem. This stems from the suppliers we deal with, through to the goods we use, and into the products we sell.
